What are the recommendations for daily wear?

We generally recommend that you do not wear your jewelry when performing certain physical activities (sports, gardening, etc.) to prevent it from being bent or scratched.

How should I store my piece?

We recommend storing your jewelry in a fabric-lined jewelry case. Since diamonds are the hardest mineral, you should keep diamond jewelry separate from other pieces to prevent scratching

​

How do I clean my piece?

To keep your Saint Windsor creation gleaming, we recommend carefully cleaning it with a soft, dry cloth. To clean heavily soiled pieces, use a soft brush and a small amount of neutral-pH liquid soap, then rinse with warm water, and dry with a soft dry cloth.

PAYMENT

Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders are charged a flat 8.75% sales tax rate.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Affirm, ApplePay, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, CartesBancaires, Discover, Visa Electron, and Maestro.

What are the shipping methods?

All orders are complementarily shipped via USPS Ground Advantage™.

Do you have worldwide shipping?

Yes! We ship to over 180 countries, including Great Britain, Canada, Japan, Mexico, and Australia. If you are wondering if we ship to your country, please contact us. Please note that orders shipping outside of the US are subject to longer delivery times.

How long is the processing time?

Please allow up to 30 days before your order is shipped. Once shipped, it may take another week before you receive it, during which you will be able to track it.

Do your orders include insurance and/or a signature confirmation?

All orders will be insured by the included $100 USPS Ground Advantage™ Insurance. All order over $400 will come with insurance via Shipsurance. All orders over $800 will require an adult signature.

POLICIES

Are returns allowed?

Returns are allowed for up to 30 days after the delivery date. You will receive a full refund less the original and return shipping costs. Returned items must be in saleable condition.

What is the cancellation policy?

Orders can for cancelled free until the item is shipped. Cancellations cannot happen after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes, all Saint Windsor jewelry is characterized by a distinctive blend of quality and refinement. That type of work can only be hand-created by our skilled craftsmen.

Are the diamonds real?

Yes, we only sell natural diamonds that are ethically sourced.

Is your jewelry GIA or IGI certified?

To keep our prices low, our diamond jewelry does not come certified.

Can I commission a custom piece?

We do not currently offer custom pieces.

Can I get a custom engraving?

We do not currently offer custom engravings
