This shipping policy is provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below:

 

STOCK

Delivery of our products is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, there may be a stock discrepancy on some occasions and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.

In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you for a refund.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

There is no shipping charge. The shipping is free.

 

SHIPPING COURIER

Our orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage™.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only ship to countries that USPS Ground Advantage™ delivers in.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 30 business days after the payment of the order. On national holidays, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

DELIVERY TERMS

Orders will be dispatched for delivery within 30 business days after payment of the order. After your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can get a date and time estimate of the delivery.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

ITEM OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made by the shipping provider..

SALES TAX

All items will be charged a flat 8.75% tax rate at the checkout.

 

CANCELLATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, we can accept cancellations up until the parcel is handed over to the courier

 

DELAYED DELIVERY

If an order delivery is delayed for any reason then you will be promptly informed of such delay.

 

INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Saint Windsor will happily accept returns if you are not content with your order. We will help you get it sorted and have you on your way, provided your complaint is aligned with our return and refund policy. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

TERMS FOR RETURNS

Following conditions shall be fulfilled to return the purchased item:

  1. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

  2. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  3. Make sure returned item is not bought through gift card.

  4. If a damaged or wrong item is received in delivery immediately contact our customer service.

In case a returned item is damaged then we will not accept a return on that item.  

 

Return Process

To return an item, the following step by step procedure should be followed:

  1. Please email customer service at contact@saintwindsor.com to obtain a return shipping label

  2. Place the item securely in its original packaging and shipping box, and attach the return shipping label.

  3. Include your proof of purchase along with the packing.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

RETURN AMOUNT

You will receive a full refund less the original and return shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

PLEASE NOTE

​​No refund or return will be accepted on a product unless the return/refund is being processed in accordance with the procedure explained in this policy.
